Morning all - the Easter Bunny is here with another Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday!

This was filmed a few weeks ago, but if Barra Best and co are right, we'll all be on the beach this weekend - and no beanie hats!

This week's super simple, no-equipment, 5 station workout features:

  • Jogging on the Spot

  • Walk outs

  • Mountain Climbers

  • In & Out Squats

  • Burpee Plank Walks

Give each exercise a try for 30 secs, and repeat 2 to 3 times for a 15 minute fantastic Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday - have an eggcellent long weekend!
