Fitness Belfast & Daily Mirror – your lockdown workout!
Thanks to David ‘Rigsy’ O’Reilly for asking me to feature in his ‘Beautiful North’ Daily Mirror column this week. Normally a live music and gigs feature, unfortunately there’s not much of that happening at the minute with all of us at home, so he’s coming up with ‘survival guides’ each week and asked me to come up with a simple lockdown workout. And for his part, he’s provided an awesome, all Northern Irish bands soundtrack!
The Fitness Belfast FIVE uses 5 simple fitness & strength exercises, and 5 simple yoga postures for a no equipment needed, holistic full body workout. Give it 30 mins or so, and then you get can get back to Netflix :)
